Phase 1:

In 12 weeks, I help women 40+, lose up to 15lbs+, address the underlying root cause of your weight loss issues, and supercharge your energy to build the sexiest most confident version of you…even if you have time constraints, are entering menopause or have never been able to lose weight and keep it off!!

Phase 2:
Menopausal Metabolism Accelerator Elevated

Now that you have gained some momentum, you are ready to move to the next level in your weight-loss journey. In the next 12 weeks, we will elevate your weight-loss momentum by incinerating fat, igniting your metabolism, and building on the new habits you have developed so you never have to diet again.

Phase 3:
MMA Membership

MMA Membership is a 6-month program that helps you transition from weight loss to maintenance seamlessly, without the fear of gaining your weight back.

The Menopausal Metabolism Accelerator Process

Our 12-week program was developed to help busy women 40+, like you, relieve perimenopausal/Menopausal symptoms, get off the diet roller coaster and finally achieve the sustainable transformation you deserve. Our 3 pillars set your foundation of success as follows:

Nutrition

For phase one of the program, you will be doing a metabolic reset with our Custom Hormone Optimization Plan (CHOP).  What most people do, especially women who grew up in diet culture, with those deeply ingrained beliefs, we assume that we must cut certain things out. Like gluten or dairy, or even just cutting calories or carbs or sugar.
 
We have been kind of tricked into thinking that health means eating less and moving more, when that is not the case and often wreaks havoc on our gut, hormones, and overall well being. This ends up putting us in an even worse position where we are eating next to nothing and still feeling like hot garbage.
 
Often these small changes work for a short period of time, but they are hard to maintain, and put us into this cycle of being super restrictive until we just can’t take it anymore, and the pendulum swings to the other side where we don’t care what we eat and dig that hole even deeper.
 
So, we create a fully custom flexible nutrition protocol just for you which will train your body to use food as fuel again, so that depending on where your metabolism is, you will most likely be eating more than you are now which is going to increase your energy and take your body out of survival mode and allow healing to begin. This means balancing hormones, soothing leaky gut and dropping inflammation.
 
We are teaching you the basics of nutrition in this phase so you can ditch the diet yo-yoing and understand how to make this a permanent lifestyle change.

Custom Movement Plan

When it comes to workouts, we like to get the most bang for your buck without overwhelming you and making your schedule unbearable.
 
So instead, when you go to the gym or workout from home, with this process all you’ll need to do is open the app on your phone where I’ll be programming your custom tailored workouts, and simply follow the steps laid out for you.
And that will not only shorten your time in the gym by a TON but also ensure that what you’re doing is actually right for your body in this phase – we find that with many of our clients where gut and hormone health is an issue, less is actually more when it comes to working out.
 
But we all want to see results in the gym, so the workouts are also designed to lower your body fat percentage and build lean muscle which results in a toned look, all while supporting our overall Perimenopausal/Menopausal health.

4-Tier Accountability

My 4-Tier Accountability System is going to make the biggest difference for you. Unlike other online programs where they get you set up and leave you to fend for yourself, we are here for you every step of the way.

With our 4-tier accountability system you will have access to me, your perimenopausal/menopausal expert. The clients who communicate with me the most are the ones who have the most success.
1.  If you have a question ask…come with what you are thinking is the right answer, but definitely ask…if you are struggling…reach out…if there is an exercise that is too difficult, reach out… this is custom for you… You can ask me questions throughout the week and I will get back to you as soon as I can.

2. We also do weekly check- ins where I will send you a check-in survey on Thursday and ask to have it back on Friday, its super easy, takes like 2 minutes to fill out and is how we keep track of everything to make sure you have success in the program. 

3. We also have a One on One call every 3 weeks where we talk through any of your struggles and your wins and discuss how we are going to progress your program, adjust your nutrition, and dig deeper into mindset , 

4. If that wasn’t enough, regardless if you ask me questions throughout the week or not,  I will also be checking in with you at least once  in-between check-ins…I  will be sending you a quick “hey how was the gym.”

So we are definitely heavy on accountability, it’s our main piece of feedback from our clients, but it’s also why we get good results, lol so we are not changing it.
